HV-1 polyvinyl acetate

HV-1 is one of the largely used polyvinyl acetate resin, especially in SMC/BMC and adhesives. It’s normally used low profile additives in FRP and as tackie material in adhesives.

Description

HV-1 Polyvinyl Acetate is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. The clear and colorless resin is prepared by polymerization of vinyl acetate. NITCHEN HV-1 is tasteless.

Packaging

HV-1 is supplied in 20 kg and 25 kg Paper Bags. Big Bag is available on request.

Storage

Nitchen PVAC HV-1 should not be stored at temperatures above 20 °C in order to prevent caking. Storage conditions must be dry protected from direct sun exposure.

Under these conditions the product has a shelf life of at least 12 months starting from the date of receipt.
